About this Swedish food blog

In May 2013 I visited New York. My hotel host told me it was very trendy with Swedish food in this town. That gave me the idea to write a blog with information and recipes about Swedish food - as we actually encounter it in Sweden. Swedish food is not only what celebrity chefs in New York can create in their hyped kitchen. It is also what we ordinary Swedes chew in us for everyday and special occasions.
Since the blog is aimed at an American audience, I write in English. Please excuse if the language is a bit bumpy. To speed up the writing, I have used some help from Google Translate.
