Many Swedes
love fish. Also I and my wife.
Popular
marine fish are cod, herring, mackerel and plaice.
Pike, perch
and other fish are caught in the lakes.
On the
square in my town are great cars that sell fish.
Yesterday I
bought two nice mackerels that my wife and I would like for lunch.
First I
cleared the two fishes.
I
breaded them in breadcrumbs and flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Then I
fried them in a skillet.
The fish
was served with boiled potatoes, lightly steamed spinach, tomato and cucumber.
A wonderful
and easy to prepare lunch course.
